This position is completely commission based without a base salary and other benefits. Marketing & Business Development Associate will be paid up to 10 % of total project fund that he / she brings for company as commission.

Responsibilities:

• Willing to familiarize yourself with the company’s services, products, vision, and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
• Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities in the company’s defined target market.
• Find projects, new clients, and customers relevant to company products and services.
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Hold regular meetings with existing customer base to enhance customer relations and gather customer requirements.
• Market the company’s products and services to the target audience.
• Analyze customer data and provide feedback to management.
• Be knowledgeable of current business trends in the market segment.
• Plan, organize, and implement marketing campaigns.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
• Assist with drafting business plans, proposals, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Identify new business opportunities, partners, and investors.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business management, marketing, sales, or related fields.
• 2+ years’ relevant work experience in business development, marketing, or similar fields.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Friendly and personable demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

The Data Engineer will support our software developers, database architects, data analysts and data scientists on data initiatives and will ensure optimal data delivery architecture is consistent throughout ongoing projects. Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture.
• Assemble large, complex data sets that meet business requirements.
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
• Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources such as SQL and other ‘big data’ technologies and cloud platforms.
• Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics.
• Collaborates with analytics and business teams to improve data models that feed business intelligence tools.
• Develops and maintains scalable data pipelines and builds out new API integrations to support continuing increases in data volume and complexity.
• Performs data analysis required to troubleshoot data related issues and assist in the resolution of data issues.
• Develop, test & validate, and deploy predictive models using different platforms including Azure, AWS and GCP cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, data scientists and engineers, product managers, artists, and other stakeholders to create Augmented Reality software and apps powered by AI that meet user needs and business goals.
• Writes unit/integration tests and contributes to engineering documentation.
• Provide technical input, solution demonstration and guidance to support marketing and sales efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years’ work experience in Data Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Data Engineer, with a strong portfolio of previous work in AI, machine learning and deep learning models development & deployment.
• Proficient in programming languages Python, C#, C++, JavaScript.
• Experience with big data tools: Hadoop ecosystem, Spark, Kafka, etc.
• Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases, including Postgres and Cassandra.
• Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools: Azkaban, Luigi, Airflow, etc.
• Experience with stream-processing systems: Storm, Spark-Streaming, etc.
• Data Integration from various sources, such as web services, APIs, and file systems.
• Extended data warehousing knowledge and skills including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data modeling is essential.
• Working experience in RESTful APIs, MQTT, and/or similar interfaces.
• Working experience with clouds platforms such as AWS, GCP and Azure.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge, skills and previous experiences in development and deployment of augmented reality apps using AI, Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms are a significant plus.
• Experience with augmented reality devices such as mobile phones, tablets, smart headsets, HoloLens, and smart glasses is a plus.
• Experience with apps development for Android and Apple platforms (macOS, iOS, iPadOS) is a plus.
• Proficiency in version control systems such as Git and understanding the concepts of branching, merging, and tagging is essential.
• Previous experience operating in an Agile environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
